This is the most common one-on-one meeting you will have with your reports. Use this meeting template to support your reports in their projects, discover and resolve issues, and align priorities.


Opening (~ 5 minutes)

Progress (~ 10 minutes)

  • How is [project] going?
  • What could we do to make it better?
  • Is there anything blocking you for getting the work down? or slowing you down?

  • What is the one thing you think we could do better?

Discuss the agreed action items and decisions, and how would you both like to follow up
